How does "eat-in" work?
A:
This is a service that allows you to book a table and order food before you arrive at a restaurant or cafe. You choose the restaurant, dishes, number of guests, and time, and the restaurant prepares the food for your arrival.
Q:
How do “drive-in” and “take away” work?
A:
If you don't want to eat in a restaurant, you can choose your own food, and the restaurant will pack it with you and take out it to you: to your car or to you personally.
Q:
If there is a traffic jam or I am delayed on the way, do I have to cancel my existing order and place it again?
A:
If you choose "get food when you arrive," the app calculates the time it takes to get to the place you choose. If there is a traffic jam on the way, it makes a new calculation and sends a notification to the restaurant about the new time of your arrival. There is no need to cancel the order, the restaurant will be informed of the change.
Q:
I changed my plans and I was unable to attend the confirmed appointment. Can I cancel it?
A:
Unfortunately, after confirming the order, it is no longer possible to cancel it, as the preparation of the dish has begun.
Q:
I have an allergy or intolerance to certain foods. Can I be sure that they will not be added to the food?
A:
When choosing food, pay attention to the ingredients, and when ordering, use a separate field for notes and indicate allergies or intolerances to the product so that the cafe is informed about it.
